- Ability to analyze business requirements and collaborate with product owners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additional skills that will set you apart: Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow) and Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.
- Light Programming Skills: Knowledge of languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation scripting.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Xray, Zephyr).
- Background in the insurance domain is a plus.
