About the role

- Structure pilots and monitor their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting direction quickly;

- Create PowerPoint materials with clear, focused storytelling tailored to the target audience;
- Interact with sales staff and front-line teams, translating strategies into practical and understandable actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Prior experience in data analysis and strategic projects
- Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple stakeholders
