About the role

  • Draft, review and negotiate various corporate and commercial contracts, including service agreements, sale of goods, supply agreements and contracts in English;
  • Advise clients on corporate, business and contractual matters, providing technically sound solutions in compliance with applicable law;
  • Handle routine corporate matters such as opening and closing branches, corporate amendments and preparation of corporate instruments, among others;
  • Work closely with firm leadership with a focus on technical quality, efficiency and a practical understanding of clients’ businesses.

Requirements

  • Law degree with at least 5 years since graduation and active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
  • Proven experience in Corporate Law and Contracts, preferably gained at business law firms;
  • Fluent English, with the ability to draft, review and negotiate legal documents in English.
