About the role
- Advogado Pleno handling contract negotiations and legal consultations in Brazil. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing contracts and providing legal opinions with a generalist approach.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, especially lease and general service agreements;
- Drafting notifications, reviewing documents and issuing legal opinions;
- Broad technical knowledge of corporate/business legal matters;
- Ability to understand companies' economic-legal context, with a business-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Contracts and user-level knowledge of the Windows environment and core Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Experience with legal matters related to shopping centers is a plus.
