Responsibilities
- Implement DevSecOps practices such as automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery to improve the speed, quality and reliability of software releases;
- Manage incidents such as software failures or service interruptions;
- Foster collaboration between development and operations teams by helping teams understand each other’s needs and work together to achieve shared goals;
- Integrate security into all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring security is considered from the start of development and continuously applied throughout subsequent stages;
- Implement security practices such as automated security testing, static and dynamic analysis, and security monitoring to identify and remediate vulnerabilities;
- Support infrastructure management including servers, networks and applications, ensuring the infrastructure is secure, scalable and efficient;
- Monitor software and infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience configuring and managing workloads in Kubernetes and creating containers with Docker;
- Automation of pipelines using cloud CI/CD tools (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.);
- Preferred knowledge of cloud resource management (Azure, GCP or AWS), shell scripting (Shell or PowerShell), pipeline configuration using Jenkins, configuration management with Helm charts, package management (Nexus) and the Python programming language.
