Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between the IT department and internal customers by identifying, analyzing, researching, and studying needs; seeking alternatives and solutions; and implementing improvements, new processes, and technologies.
- Analyze IT requests and gather functional requirements.
- Recommend and apply the best technology solutions for business areas.
- Participate in projects by breaking down phases and allocating tasks, following IT project management procedures.
- Support business areas in defining priorities related to systems, documentation, and budgeting, respecting the scope of action.
- Monitor third-party vendors in the development of enhancements, identifying, proposing, and implementing new processes and technologies.
- Support solution validation by overseeing tests and carrying out assisted/controlled operations.
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Management, or related fields that meet the role's scope.
- Course or knowledge in Project Management.
- Desirable experience in process mapping and requirements gathering/documentation.
- Experience with Agile and traditional (waterfall) methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, PL/SQL, SQL, and Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish.
- Enjoys challenges and problem solving.
- Familiarity with both agile and traditional project methodologies.
