About the role

  • Act in high-impact strategic litigation, including administrative misconduct (improbity) actions and significant disputes involving substantial sums;
  • Advise companies in public procurement processes, including review of qualification documents, drafting of appeals, challenges and consultations;
  • Handle proceedings and matters before Courts of Accounts, with a strong command of the applicable case law;
  • Provide consultative advisory on Administrative Law matters, preparing legal opinions and guidance;
  • Conduct analyses and develop strategies related to requests for economic and financial rebalancing of administrative contracts;
  • Collaborate closely with the team, taking ownership and managing matters autonomously.
