About the role

Responsibilities
- Record and verify accounts payable entries in the ERP system
- Review and validate invoices, payment slips (boletos) and other financial documents
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage recurring obligations
- Support payment flow planning and cash flow forecasting
- Manage advances, reimbursements and expense allocations
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information
- Assist in preparing financial reports and performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience
- Strong expertise in bank reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems
- Financial reporting and internal controls
