Deliver sessions in-home, community-based, and via teletherapy according to therapist preference and client needs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes) and diagnoses.
Collaborate with clinical team for case consultations and supervision; Clinical Director available for support.
Coordinate with administrative and billing teams who handle referrals, benefit verification, claims, and client billing questions.
Requirements
Must be fully licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD) NO Associates!
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English preferred).
Experience with teletherapy is a plus.
Must have a reliable computer or tablet.
NPI# and CAQH profile required (assistance provided if needed).
Experienced (minimum experience level listed as "Experienced" without specific years).
