About the role

  • Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Planning and execution of B2B campaigns (email, social media, website, events)
  • Identification, qualification and management of potential new clients
  • Support for telephone cold outreach and lead processing
  • Creation and maintenance of marketing materials (presentations, landing pages, newsletters)
  • Maintenance and analysis of customer data in the CRM system (HubSpot & Vertec)
  • Close collaboration with management and consulting to align target groups and offerings

Requirements

  • Professional experience in marketing, sales or business development (B2B environment)
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, automation tools)
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment in client outreach
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
