Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation in marketing automation strategies
  • Own the Marketo Roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Marketo workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing automation strategies
  • Partner with global analytics and digital marketing teams
  • Implement global best practices to execute email campaigns
  • Oversee governance and compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 10 years of experience working with Marketing Automation platforms
  • Multiple years specifically working in Marketo
  • Marketo Architect Master Certification is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Marketo's features, functionality, and best practices
  • Digital product management or Digital marketing experience
  • Strong proficiency in workflow mapping and process improvement
  • Experience in financial services and/or asset management
  • Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Familiarity with other marketing technologies and tools.
  • Interest and passion for all things digital.
