About the role

  • Ensure the quality of software products through manual testing and evaluation.
  • Conduct manual testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Identify and report software defects and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain product documentation.
  • Handle initial software installation and configuration for new customers.
  • Provide customer training and technical support.
  • Perform on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Collaborate with developers on defect analysis and resolution.
  • Potential for professional development in automated testing.

Requirements

  • Holds an Engineering Degree.
  • Experience or completed course in QA manual/automation testing.
  • Experience in SQL & relational databases, emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher.
  • Familiarity with web apps, mainly in React as front-end and .NET Core as backend is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments.
  • English language.
  • Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, customer responsiveness and excellent communication skills.
  • Solution and delivery-oriented person with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a similar position – 0–2 years.
