About the role

  • Support in planning, implementing and managing digital projects across the entire club
  • Work in interdisciplinary project teams — interfacing with almost all departments of the club
  • Contribute to the implementation of our digital and AI strategy
  • Gain initial insight into data-driven decision-making processes within the club — e.g., through analyses of fan behavior, campaigns, or internal KPIs
  • Support in preparing, visualizing and interpreting data
  • Conduct research on digital and data-driven trends in the sports and events sector

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics (Information Systems), Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field with a strong digital affinity
  • Interest and curiosity for digital trends, with an agile and digital mindset
  • Initial experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar) is a plus — but not required
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as an analytical and independent working style
