About the role
- Senior Project Manager driving execution of programs while collaborating with Product Line Managers in semiconductor industry. Ensures cross-functional coordination for successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of programs and work directly with Product Line Managers to meet schedules and remain under budget while exceeding customer expectations
- Successfully communicate internal assessment of program proposals to customer-facing Account Managers and key functional team managers/directors
- Ensure close interaction and coordination between the programs and manufacturing operations, including Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, and Logistics functions
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent with 2 or more years of experience in program/project management
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
- PMP certification will be an added advantage
- Technical experience (e.g., design, product engineering, applications engineering, etc.) will be desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Ability to read and understand customer drawings and specification required
- Ability to coordinate discussions and action plans with internal engineering, operations, and business unit teams required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Proven ability to influence and drive internal suppliers and customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
