Lead initiatives and special projects that improve service delivery, optimize compliance practices, and align with evolving business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in tax compliance, administration, or professional services.
Strong knowledge of tax deadlines, e-filing, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., GoFileRoom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with leadership.
High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency as an individual contributor.
