Requirements
Overall experience of at least 6 years in the software development industry
At least 2 years of people management experience, with experience managing multiple teams or one larger team
Proven leadership skills and a passion for building, maintaining, and deploying both internal business applications and highly available services
Strong communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills. The ability to flex communication style to work with business and non-technical users in addition to engineers
Ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.
Ability to advise and influence technical discussions and decisions.
Experience with agile development practices emphasizing continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar technologies, and delivering microservices
Prior experience with one or more of the following technologies or areas is a plus: React, React Native
