Field Operations Lead overseeing the execution of telecom infrastructure activities in France. Responsible for leading field teams and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Field Operations team within the assigned geography, ensuring consistent delivery of inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting services.
Manage field operations programs across passive and active infrastructure, directing the execution of preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance to maintain asset health and service reliability.
Act as the company’s primary field-facing representative with landlords, municipalities, utilities, and emergency responders to address site-level needs, escalations, and compliance matters.
Oversee field vendor management, including scope execution, service level adherence, escalation protocols, and quality assurance for contracted work.
Lead on-the-ground implementation of disaster preparedness and response plans, including emergency inspections, restoration activities, and coordination with public authorities.
Champion sustainability by embedding energy-efficient practices and environmental compliance into field operations and asset management.
Drive field-based data collection and validation efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of physical asset records and inspections.
Ensure execution of site safety programs, RF exposure management, and environmental assessments, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
Serve as the escalation point for infrastructure service disruptions, landlord issues, or asset access constraints requiring in-person intervention.
Support integration of new technology tools and mobility platforms to enhance workflow visibility, dispatch optimization, and field reporting capabilities.
Ensure field personnel meet training, certification, and compliance requirements; foster a culture of safety, operational excellence, and accountability.
Collaborate closely with Operations Services, NOC, Development & Construction, Engineering, HSE, Leasing and Property Management teams to ensure seamless end-to-end network operations and asset lifecycle management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; technical or engineering field preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in telecom or infrastructure field operations, with at least 3–5 years of leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed field teams in maintenance and infrastructure operations.
Strong working knowledge of field service management, including inspections, preventative/corrective maintenance, vendor management, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with tower/rooftop site types, electrical systems, environmental standards, RF safety, and remote monitoring infrastructure.
Experience with field service management platforms, mobility solutions, and asset databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage constructively with vendors, landlords, municipalities, and internal teams.
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Fluency in English and a local language are required.
Ability to travel regularly within assigned geography.
