About the role

• Lider Técnico de Manutenção em Uberaba, responsável por suporte e execução de manutenção de equipamentos estáticos. Envolvimento em equipe e melhoria contínua dos serviços prestados.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical support and/or performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on static equipment;
• Control the allocation of available resources according to the schedule;
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with workforce allocation;
• Propose new methods for carrying out maintenance tasks;
• Assess all work situations and associated risks;
• Ensure recording of task execution in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS);
• Perform higher-complexity activities and provide on-the-job training;

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Completed technical certification in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics (approximately 1200 hours);
• Qualification in static equipment maintenance (boilermaking and welding);
