About the role
- Design and develop AI features on existing backend systems with Python.
- Deploy resilient containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes) and ensure scalability and high availability.
- 负责设计高性能后端 API, 支持批量文档上传、处理与异步执行工作流。
- 设计并实现文档预处理流水线以提升 OCR 与分类准确率, 处理扫描文档图像与 PDF 场景 (去噪、旋转矫正、增强等)。
- 实施 OCR 系统与后处理标准化流程 (文本归一、实体抽取、错误修正)、集成云端 OCR 服务。
- 训练、微调并部署文档分类与多模态生成式 AI 模型用于摘要、数据提取与文档问答任务。
- 构建并维护 CI/CD、监控与可观测性方案, 跟踪模型生命周期与运行时指标 (如 OCR 精确率漂移)。
- 使用 Redis 等缓存机制优化后端处理性能, 管理凭证与密钥 (Vault/Secrets Manager)。
- 与跨职能团队协作, 指导团队成员, 参与代码评审并推动生产系统集成落地。
Requirements
- Strong Python backend development with experience of Python production project, inc. version control, API framework, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- 5+ years exp in Python & algorithm production domain.
- English as working language (preferred).
- LLM AI or GenAI expertise/experience (preferred).
- Machine Learning Ops knowledge (preferred).
- Alicloud experience (preferred).

- 计算机视觉与图像处理经验 (归一化、增强、旋转矫正、去噪等)。
- 设计定制化预处理流水线以增强 OCR 与分类准确率并部署于生产。
- OCR 系统与内容抽取经验 (Tesseract、EasyOCR、Google Vision API、AWS Textract、Azure OCR)。
- 结构化复杂文档数据处理的 NLP 或深度学习流水线经验。
- 设计并部署 OCR 后处理标准化流程 (文本归一、实体抽取、错误修正)。
- 文档分类与复杂处理: 聚类、多标签分类、迁移学习、领域特定数据集经验。
- 熟悉 BERT、spaCy、上下文嵌入模型进行语义增强。
- 多模态生成式 AI 整合与微调经验 (GPT-4o、Qwen-VL-Max) 及 Hugging Face/OpenAI API/PyTorch/TensorFlow 框架。
- 设计高性能 API, 支持批量文档上传、异步执行工作流。
- 精通 Redis 缓存机制加速后端处理流程。
- 将 Python 应用部署到容器化环境的成熟经验 (Docker, Kubernetes)。
- 搭建并维护 CI/CD 流水线 (Jenkins, GitHub Actions 等)。
- 多云平台部署/排查经验 (阿里云、AWS、Azure、GCP)。
- 使用 HashiCorp Vault、AWS Secrets Manager 等工具安全管理凭证。
- 在生产系统中部署运行时性能指标采集与日志记录经验, 包括监控 OCR 精确率漂移等指标。
- 精通 Git 工作流, PR 评审, 版本发布管理, 合并冲突处理。
- 有指导初中级开发人员经验, 良好沟通与团队协作、领导能力。
