About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the Medtronic Senior Logistics Manager by providing direction and leadership to the 3PL in executing daily operations, projects and process improvements
- Oversee daily warehouse and transport operations, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Liaise with the Warehouse (WH) team to coordinate efficient and timely dispatch of orders.
- Problem solve, root cause analysis and resolution of issues that occur during daily operations.
- Produce, publish and distribute both scheduled and ad-hoc reports ensuring data integrity and completeness
- Manage outbound performance SDS metric with 3PL and drive initiatives to improve Order Line Transport Performance (OLTP)
- Update Tier boards daily with KPI for our Deliver Operations Team
- Lead logistics projects focused on improving service levels and driving cost savings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Vocational diploma, or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics
- Microsoft Excel – advanced data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Power BI – performance dashboards and analytics.
- SAP – order management, system troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
