About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician.
- Provide supervision to Limited Licensed clinicians through clinical consultation and mentorship.
- Offer exceptional service to clients while collaborating with a passionate team.
- Bring creativity to your interventions to empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Partner with families, case managers, and medical professionals to provide coordinated care.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing treatment plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients.
- Consistently completes session records, service notes, and required documentation promptly.
- Comfortable and confident working with a diverse population.
