- Assisting in the management of various local and international license processes.
- Managing interactions with external counsels
- Negotiating and handling contracts with business partners
- Drafting corporate and shareholder documents and coordinating execution of documents, generally.
- Providing support to the People team on employment matters which could also have a cross-border element.
- Assisting in IP matters
- Lead due diligence processes with service providers.
- Contributing to the development of effective legal and compliance processes, adopting automation wherever possible.
- Help develop, improve, and maintain internal processes and procedures
- Providing overall legal support to other teams as needed.
Requirements
- Mastery of English and Finnish: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Legal Expertise: A law degree to provide a strong foundation in the field.
- Document drafting: A good inclination for drafting precise legal documents.
- Out-of-the-Box Thinking: A penchant for thinking beyond the ordinary.
- Process Improvement: A dedication to enhancing efficiency through continuous learning.

- Finnish or Estonian Law Proficiency: Training/competence in Estonian law is a plus.
- Diverse Legal Experience: Previous experience as an in-house legal professional, compliance specialist, or involvement with various legal domains simultaneously, either within a law firm or consultancy firm.
