Responsibilities
Take on the technical leadership of a development team and act as a coach for team members
Responsible for the further development and architecture of client and server applications
Work closely with Product Owners and support the design and planning of software, as well as continuously improve the development process
Conduct code reviews within the team and support developers in improving code quality and test coverage
Keep an eye on the technology landscape, evaluate new technologies and tools, and actively shape the technology stack and development process
Share knowledge within the team and beyond
Bring new ideas and impulses to problem-solving — creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are explicitly encouraged
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, equivalent qualification, or career changer with relevant practical experience
Initial experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead of a development team, or as a responsible Software Architect
Experience developing complex single-page applications with state management, preferably with Angular
Experience with RESTful services in C#/.NET using modern architectural patterns, e.g., CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Clean Architecture
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Enthusiasm for continuous personal and professional development for yourself and the team
German language skills at C1 level
