About the role
- Software Engineer responsible for backend development and integrations for a digital mental health platform. Working with a distributed team to build and maintain backend services using TypeScript and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain backend services in TypeScript, AWS Lambdas, APIs, containers, and the databases behind them.
- Ship features end-to-end, from design through to production.
- Push on how we work: our processes for quality assurance, delivery, and time-to-market aren't sacred.
- Work closely with a dedicated Product Manager, a designer, our localisation manager, and the other tech teams.
- Interact with customer service staff and clinicians across Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Fluent in TypeScript
- Strong Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions (or equivalent CI/CD fluency)
- Automated testing as a default way of working
- Solid grounding in databases and SQL
- Fluent English
