About the role

  • Research reputable media, government, regulatory and law enforcement sources to build and maintain relevant data in LSEG applications
  • Use open-source research methods to gather information in the public domain
  • Identify regulatory and financial risk such as money laundering, fraud, organized crime, narcotics trafficking, and corruption
  • Provide search and analysis related to publicly exposed persons (PEP), companies, and institutions to support client KYC compliance
  • Stay up to date with guidelines and regulations to ensure accuracy and high quality of delivered work
  • Collaborate with globally based teams on shared projects
  • Support clients in aligning with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and reducing financial or reputational risk of missed investment

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Any additional language is helpful
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Very good use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Language skills and journalistic approach
  • Awareness of socio-political context of countries matching your language skills (desirable)
  • Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Crime knowledge and experience (advantage)
