About the role
- Lead Project Controls analyst managing risk management processes and initiatives. Collaborating with teams to ensure project performance, compliance, and reporting standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Project Controls Analyst(s).
- Support and oversee the risk management process and initiatives within the Project Controls Department.
- Facilitate the production of a variety of complex reports and analyses.
- Ensure compliance of the Risk Registers being maintained in the system of record.
- Implement risk management tools and provide training sessions and ongoing guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, IT, accounting, finance, business/management or related degree is required.
- Equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree will be considered.
- Advanced degree in related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in Utility and Energy Delivery is preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is highly desirable.
- Risk Management Certification is highly desirable.
- Six Sigma is also highly desirable.
