About the role
- Lead IT Infrastructure & Platform Manager specializing in Murex at Capco. Conduct assessments and align functional setups in financial services domain while engaging with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a detailed assessment of the current functional setup of Murex, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement as part of the upgrade strategy.
- Analyze current functional landscape across asset classes: CRD, FX, IRD, EQD, Structured Notes.
- Map current-state front-to-back workflows including trade capture, pricing, risk, and EOD processing.
- Define target-state functional requirements and upgrade impacts.
- Collaborate with Test Manager to align business process coverage with testing approach.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Murex functional consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of front-to-back workflows across multiple asset classes.
- Experience in Murex 3.x environments and upgrade planning.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Banking and/or Capital Markets experience highly desired.
