About the role
- Lead IAM Security Architect designing enterprise identity and access management solutions at Humana. Translate business needs into technical systems and advise leadership on IAM strategies.
Responsibilities
- Determines security architecture requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements
- Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
- Translates business needs into technical systems solutions
- Integrates HR systems, applications, IDPs and various other IAM tools and resources to provide access related solutions
- Advises leadership to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
- Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 or more years of technical IAM security architecture experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Experience integrating IAM Security technologies with existing technologies
- Experience implementing IAM Security technologies with enterprise-wide impact
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Technical Field
- Preferred: CISSP or CEH or similar certification
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required
