About the role
- Application Engineer collaborating with sales to provide technical expertise and application support for LCMS products. Assisting customers in method development and conducting product demonstrations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage with customers and understand their analytical challenges and requirements
- Provide technical support and consultation to help customers select the most suitable LCMS solutions for their applications
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our LCMS systems
- Assist customers in developing and optimizing analytical methods using LCMS technology
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding of LCMS principles, instrumentation, and software
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to LCMS applications, troubleshooting, and data interpretation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to communicate customer feedback, identify market trends, and contribute to product enhancements and new product development initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging applications of LCMS technology
- Work proactively to ensure the success of customers by providing ongoing support, guidance, and follow-up
Requirements
- MSc degree in science (chemistry, biology or related discipline)
- 5-10 years of experience is required
- LC/LCMS/ Pharma/Biopharma experience is mandatory
