About the role

• Serve as a technical expert in CFD tools helping customers realize their value. Deliver software demonstrations, training, and support as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• You'll serve as a technical expert helping customers realize the value of industry‑leading CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent and CFX.
• Deliver tailored software demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Facilitate Technical Training: Teach ANSYS Fluent and CFX courses at customer sites, online, and at SimuTech offices across the U.S. and Canada.
• Provide expert support to ANSYS CFD users via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with customers to define analysis requirements, scope, costs, and schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 3-6 years of documented industry experience using enterprise‑level CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent and/or CFX.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong theoretical foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and numerical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with meshing tools such as Workbench Meshing, ICEM, Fluent Meshing/T‑Grid, Gridgen, or Hypermesh.
• Eligible and willing to pursue a Professional Engineering license within two years of hire.
