Responsibilities
- You configure and develop communication templates (e.g., letters, emails) in our internal tool
- You are responsible for testing new or modified templates and ensuring quality (including version control via Git)

- You collaborate with colleagues from IT, business units, and operations to develop technical concepts

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree — what matters more to us is your IT affinity and willingness to learn
- Initial professional experience in a technical or system-related environment (e.g., IT administration, business analysis, requirements engineering)
- Understanding of logic-based or script-like programming (e.g., SQL, HTML, XML)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
