About the role

• Junior Software Engineer developing systems from concept to release for Emerson Test & Measurement. Involves design, development, and teamwork within transportation domain methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate system software features that fulfill customer requirements
• Interact with the team in support of designing and deploying new systems and features
• Adhere to development processes and best practices
• Apply knowledge of the NI platform to the design and implementation of components and features

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of electrical engineering, electronics & computer architectures
• Demonstrated proficiency using high-level programming languages (LabVIEW, C++, FPGA)
• Ability to identify and solve system engineering problems
• Strong sense of ownership
• English & Hungarian Language competency and effective oral and written communication skills
