About the role
- Junior SAP SD Inhouse Consultant responsible for supporting users and improving SAP processes in Düsseldorf. Work involves collaboration across departments for IT projects and process design.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of the SAP SD module as well as user support and training
- Analysis and improvement of existing processes in continuous coordination with the business units
- Elicitation of business requirements for IT projects (process analysis, consulting and documentation)
- Process design and preparation of business and technical specifications
- Coordination with development, test supervision, go-live activities and roll-outs
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT business administrator, IT specialist or similar)
- Several years of professional experience, i.e., hands-on experience in customizing and supporting the SD module as well as in project management
- Good written and spoken English
- Solution-oriented and conceptual way of working and a confident manner
