About the role
- Junior Financial Analyst managing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and financial reports in a dynamic financial team. Seeking proactive and organized candidates based in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Process manual and automatic receipt postings (bank transfers, card payments and PIX);
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify the chart of accounts;
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts during the monthly close;
- Prepare and update delinquency (accounts receivable aging) and collection reports;
- Participate in processes with card acquirers and reconciliation providers (e.g., Cielo, Getnet).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in finance;
- Solid experience in accounts receivable and bank reconciliations;
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation);
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and good communication;
- Experience with monthly closing and verifying the chart of accounts;
- Knowledge of processes with card acquirers and reconciliation providers (e.g., Cielo, Getnet);
- Preferred: knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) and/or participation in system implementation projects.
