About the role
- Junior Test Automation Engineer for QA team, supporting payment and transaction quality assurance. Requires basic automation skills and knowledge of relevant tools and technologies, based in Bern.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for payment and card transaction systems
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and Product Owners to ensure test coverage
- Analyze test results, identify and document defects
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our test automation frameworks
- Work in an agile development environment
Requirements
- Initial experience in test automation
- Familiarity with one or more of the following tools: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium (including in-house/custom implementations), TypeScript
- Basic understanding of software development and testing processes
- Interest in payment systems or financial transactions is a plus
- Very good German language skills (at least B2/C1)
