About the role
- Junior After Sales Analyst managing transmission processes for insurance proposals at Creditas. Ensuring efficient client communication and operational support in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Transmission Analysis and Handling: Execute the process of transmitting proposals to the insurer;
- Customer Service: Clarify doubts, inform clients, and manage transmission procedures via phone, WhatsApp and email;
- Recording Information in the System: Manually transfer client data from our system to the insurer;
- Communication with Insurers;
- Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate with consultants and analysts from other areas to ensure transmissions occur as expected.
Requirements
- No active SUSEP registration;
- Experience handling transmission processes at insurance brokerages;
- Experience working with high volumes of requests, providing service by phone (WhatsApp is a plus);
- Experience working with the product (automobile) in the past 12 months;
- Organized, proactive, and good interpersonal communication skills;
- Resilience, adaptability and flexibility;
- Stable professional profile.
