Responsibilities
- Take ownership and lead the curation of part of the company’s value chain, represented by services implemented in business processes
- Maintain automated process workflows in Jira, acting as a Jira Admin
- Customize scripts in Groovy
- Support internal activities of the Process team
- Act as guardian of processes, practices, and standards
- Manage the activity backlog and control team allocation
- Skilled at researching topics, obtaining knowledge from blogs and plugin documentation, and applying it
- Deliver training and prepare knowledge documentation materials (wiki, internal videos, etc.)
- Be a good listener — able to gather and consolidate different pain points from multiple teams and propose integrated, standardized solutions
- Serve as an internal facilitator to interact with various teams to ensure adherence to the company’s internal standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience as a Jira Administrator, working as an architect or solutions engineer
- Programming experience in Java or Groovy
- Strong experience in process management and administration of process assets, such as workflows, patterns, templates, policies, etc.
- Experience in the Financial sector
- English — intermediate reading comprehension
