Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a backend team that values clean, scalable code
- Design and implement high-performance services with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices
- Collaborate with frontend (React) and cross-functional squads to deliver seamless experiences
- Take ownership of backend architecture, system design, and performance tuning
- Drive best practices in TDD, CI/CD, and code reviews
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and play a key role in our next stage of growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in leadership, mentoring teams and setting technical direction
- Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, PostgreSQL, and Kafka
- Comfortable with Docker, Git, Maven/Gradle, AWS and agile delivery
- Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA)
