Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the development team, serving as a reference for decisions and direction
- Support and guide the team in debugging and resolving complex issues
- Act hands-on when necessary, contributing code and performing troubleshooting
- Ensure the quality of deliverables across multiple platforms: iOS, Android, Smart TVs, Web (React), and back end (Node.js)
- Review and validate technical solutions, promoting development best practices
- Contribute to defining and evolving application architecture
- Work closely with product, design and support/operations teams
- Ensure application stability and performance
- Support technical prioritization and the removal of impediments
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer with technical leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of Node.js (back end) and React (front end)
- Experience with mobile development (iOS and Android)
- Experience with Smart TV applications (Samsung / LG) — strong background in troubleshooting and fixing production bugs
- Knowledge of system architecture and best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with code versioning (Git)
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide technical leadership to the team
