About the role
- IT System Engineer responsible for eigenverantwortlichen IT Support and project management. Collaborating with teams on IT solutions in a hybrid work environment across Germany.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Service Desk and Consulting, collaborating across teams and continuously developing your expertise.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration)
- At least 3 years of experience in independent IT support and administration of diverse IT system environments
- Very good and confident German language skills (C2) and good English skills (C1)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with confidence in your technical expertise
- Experience and expert knowledge in one of the following focus product areas: Trend Micro, Citrix, VMware, macmon, Microsoft 365 OR several years of practical experience and specialist knowledge in two to three of the following products:
- Security: WatchGuard, OPNsense, Sophos or other firewall solutions, TxOne, Baramundi, Intune, Veeam, lywand, Hornet Security, online backup solutions, education solutions, ITQ-Check
- Infrastructure: Dell servers & storage and Dell clients, HPE servers, ThinOS & Wyse, Fujitsu servers & storage, NVIDIA GRID, networking (VLAN, QoS, STP...), Ruckus, Aruba, DataCore, Schneider APC, RiverSuite RMM
- Microsoft Solutions: Microsoft S2D & Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 Security including Conditional Access, Microsoft Exchange on-premises & hybrid, Copilot, Microsoft Teams telephony, Zertificon solutions, MailStore, 3CX telephony
