Responsibilities

  • Planning, configuration and management of IT systems and network infrastructures
  • Installation and maintenance of hardware and software components
  • Fault analysis and troubleshooting during ongoing operations

  • Point of contact for internal users with technical questions

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Windows environments and networking technologies
  • Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Initial experience or strong interest in Business Intelligence
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Team player with strong communication skills
