Responsibilities
You are the central point of contact for our customers and support them in successfully integrating our Industry 4.0 software solutions into their processes and using them productively in day-to-day operations.
Together with your team you manage a dedicated customer portfolio and advise on technical or functional questions regarding the business-critical software infrastructure.
You coordinate and perform complex software updates, analyze potential disruptions in customer systems and ensure their resolution — via remote maintenance and in close coordination with our development department.
Through your efforts you ensure that our solutions remain stable and successful in the long term and optimally support the workflows of our customers in the aviation industry.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics or a comparable field.
Confident handling of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Initial exposure to and/or experience with container-orchestrated cloud environments (for example Kubernetes, Grafana, etc.).
Customer-oriented working style, strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, and good German language skills at least at B2 level.
Practical experience, for example as an IT support specialist, in IT customer support or as a software support engineer, and familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
Programming knowledge in BATCH/PowerShell/Perl/Python and experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases (SQL) as well as cloud solutions.
Initial experience with remote maintenance connections and virtual machines.
