About the role
- IT Security Engineer responsible for security measures for Epicor systems. Researching tools, managing solutions, and collaborating with IT teams in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend security tools and technologies for cloud and corporate environments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage security solutions such as endpoint protection, DLP, SIEM, Privilege Access Management, Web Security, and identity security platforms.
- Conduct security assessments and gap analysis to ensure controls align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams to integrate security into system architecture and workflows.
- Support incident response by ensuring tools are properly tuned and provide actionable data.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including standards, processes and deployment guides.
Requirements
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
