About the role
- IT Project Manager position for a well-known company in the Münster area. Responsible for planning and managing IT application projects with a high degree of home office.
Responsibilities
- Operative Planung und Steuerung von applikationsbezogenen IT-Projekten
- Ausrichtung der Arbeit des Projektteams im Hinblick auf eine effiziente Zielerreichung
- Vorbereitung von Projektteam-Meetings sowie deren Durchführung inkl. Ergebnisdokumentation
- Steuerung des Projektbudgets und der Ressourcen und Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen im Konfliktfall
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit dem IT Projekt Portfolio / Programm Management und Projektstatus-Reporting
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Lenkungsausschuss-Meetings sowie deren Durchführung in Abstimmung mit dem Projektauftraggeber
- Koordination und Durchführung aller notwendigen Projektvorbereitungs-Aktivitäten auch mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
Requirements
- Ein mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine IT-Fachausbildung inkl. Projekterfahrung
- Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise bereits in Projektleitungsfunktion
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT-Systemimplementierungsprojekten
- Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, sich schnell in wesentliche Abläufe und deren Anforderungen einzuarbeiten
- Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierungen in klassischen und/oder (agilen) Projekt- und Programmmanagementmethoden (vorzugsweise PRINCE2 und SCRUM)
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Suite und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
- Analytisches und kreatives Denken
- Zielorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung
