- Ensure network connectivity, availability, and performance meet business requirements

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft-based networks, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange
- Experience managing a support desk team with 1st and 2nd line roles
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of data management and backup strategies
- Understanding of security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols
- Experience with compliance and security frameworks, such as Cyber Essentials, GDPR or ISO27001, and their implementation
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certifications
