Responsibilities
- Administer, optimize, and secure identity and access management systems.
- Manage cloud infrastructure services.
- Configure and maintain collaboration and productivity platforms.
- Administer and support email systems, ensuring high availability and security.
- Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions such as InTune and Jamf.
- Oversee networking infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity in our offices.
- Manage VOIP telephony and unified communications systems.
- Maintain PKI and certificate management.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and processes.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for protecting company assets.
- Own and drive IT projects and initiatives that enhance the scalability and efficiency of IT operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in administering identity platforms such as Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and experience with Meraki devices.
- Experience with endpoint management tools like InTune and Jamf.
- Knowledge of enterprise email and security solutions (Google, Exchange Online, Mimecast).
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence).
- Understanding of IT security practices and certificate management (Digicert).
- Hands-on experience managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
