About the role
- IT Consultant overseeing WAN infrastructure rollout management for clients in the Bremen area. Responsibility includes planning, coordination, and problem resolution with a focus on client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellung eines geordneten und stabilen Betriebs der WAN-Infrastruktur
- Planung, Steuerung und Koordination der Migrationsstandorte in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Erstbegehungen inklusive technischer Bewertungen und Abstimmung im Rahmen des Akzeptanzmanagements
- Abstimmung und Kommunikation von Migrationen mit Kunden – schriftlich und mündlich (Leitung, IT, Anwender)
- Gesamtverantwortung für Migrations-Remote-Calls sowie Entscheidung bei Störungen und Eskalationen
- Koordination und Terminplanung von Ressourcen mit Kunden und externen Dienstleistern
- Bearbeitung von Änderungen und Störungen im Rahmen von Change- und Incident-Management (ARS Remedy, ITSM-Suite)
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der WAN-Dokumentation und technischen Zeichnungen im Projekttool
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den Auftraggeber zur Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Service-Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rolloutmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich ITK- bzw. WAN-Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung in Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Rollouts und Kundenprojekten
- Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und sicher im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort im Raum Bremen zu arbeiten (4 Tage/Woche, Reaktionszeit 30–45 Minuten)
- Führerschein und eigener PKW zur Wahrnehmung von Kundenterminen wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umfeld öffentlicher Auftraggeber von Vorteil
