About the role

Responsibilities
- You proactively advise our clients on the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, identifying optimization potential and driving process improvement and digitalization.
- You analyze and evaluate client processes and their specific requirements to develop tailored concepts.
- You act as an expert in ERP/DMS solutions (end-to-end processes, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) when working with our clients.
- You apply your knowledge of databases, data warehousing, business intelligence and AI technologies to optimize our clients' processes.
- You support, or depending on the project, manage the implementation process for your area of responsibility and are accountable for customer-specific adaptations.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- You support the sales team in the sales process to achieve shared success.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business/Economics with a focus on IT/Finance, Media Informatics, or a related field.
- At least three years of professional experience with any ERP systems.
- Project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 or IT service management according to ITIL v4.
- A strong interest in vendor-independent consulting and a passion for helping companies digitalize their processes.
- Experience or willingness to prepare functional specifications and to work closely and coordinate with ERP consultants to develop integrated solutions.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations across Germany on a temporary basis.
