Work directly with various Marsh's national and/or international accounts
Evaluate claims related to Liability and Property
Follow up proceedings to cover, decline or request more documentation to re-evaluate
Reply to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers
Answer, document and monitor call center calls, emails and transactions
Track client and claim information and log client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring claim activity.
Requirements
Degree in Law
Detail oriented and organized profile
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
