About the role
- Work directly with various Marsh's national and/or international accounts
- Evaluate claims related to Liability and Property
- Follow up proceedings to cover, decline or request more documentation to re-evaluate
- Reply to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers
- Answer, document and monitor call center calls, emails and transactions
- Track client and claim information and log client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring claim activity.

- Detail oriented and organized profile
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
