About the role

  • Support team initiatives in areas such as vulnerability management, identity and access controls, cloud security, and incident response
  • Assist with monitoring security alerts, documenting incidents, and supporting investigations
  • Contribute to policy, compliance, and awareness initiatives that enhance security culture across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving governance, risk, and data protection
  • Research and present emerging security trends, tools, or risks to the team
  • Develop innovative solutions to address efficiency and operational opportunities

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency or familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, cloud platforms, or security tools (Splunk, ServiceNow, vulnerability scanners, etc. a plus)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
